Consumers who have purchased this product from Amazon.com should take a moment to carefully review the Amazon Buyer/Seller message sent by the Brand Homebox. Please follow the instructions provided in that message to participate in the recall.

Remedy: Dispose the product and get a repair kit with installation instructions or replacement cordless wand blinds


To participate in Recall Process, please dispose of product and send us the photo of it to prove. After reviewing we will send a repair kit with installation instructions or replacement cordless wand blinds via Amazon.
Regarding the issue of remedial measures discussed in our previous email, we have discussed the following two options in light of the company's current situation:

Options 1,
Send the tie rod that meets safety regulations, and the customer needs to provide the following information
      1. The user provides product pictures with production date after December 28, 2022
      2. Order number on Amazon
      3. Picture of cutting the cord

Send a new curtain that complies with regulations to the customer, and the customer provides the following information

     4.The new roller shade sent is the same size as the previous product and cannot be replaced with other products
